There is only one rule, keep going. I wanted to say it’s easy, but the more I thought about it (in the shower of course, where else?), I realized it’s really not that easy. However, I stand by what I said. You keep going because the results you seek do come. You just need to put in the work to get there. Whether it’s getting into your dream college, beating a new P.R. in the gym, or even as simple as being more organized, there are necessary efforts to be made in order to reach these landmarks. While it may be a bit more work, it is so worth it. The feeling and confirmation of “you made it” is truly a euphoric sensation. You won’t experience it just once in life. You’ have it every time you stuck with your regiment and persevered through your trial and error. So yes, keep going.
