E.A.R.T.H. Club is one of the clubs in our school that was started by my best friends Sam and Shaina, who are sophomores. I asked both of them about what was the motivation for starting the club. Sam said, “I wanted to make the club because I thought it would be good for the environment and it would be a good thing for the school.” Shaina said, “I volunteered for this non-profit last year called save soil and I guess that experience pushed me to start this club.” 

What is the E.A.R.T.H. Club about and what do they do? The E.A.R.T.H. Club is all about helping the earth and spreading environmental awareness. The club’s activities include fundraisers, clothing drives, and other opportunities focusing on environmental awareness and preservation.

Global warming is a huge issue in our environment and not many people are doing much about it. As a part of E.A.R.T.H. Club, you’ll help us in giving back to our environment. The levels of CO2 in the atmosphere are at record levels. Because of this, not only are we hurting our environment, we are also hurting ourselves. Global warming is linked to cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, injuries, and even death. By joining the E.A.R.T.H. Club, you can help spread environmental awareness and help our environment – because even the smallest efforts can make a difference.
