AP testing season is here, and with it comes a lot of stress. Between cramming content, juggling multiple subjects, and feeling the pressure to do well, it’s easy to feel burnt out. Everyone’s a little on edge, and that’s completely normal—these tests matter, but they can also be a lot to handle.
The key is to stay relaxed. Don’t try to learn everything at once. Break things down into smaller sections, review what you already know, and use practice questions to test yourself. Make time for rest, and don’t forget to eat, hydrate, and get sleep—it actually helps more than all-nighters. Most importantly, remember that doing your best is enough.
